Raw Chocolate Cake

With Valentine’s Day on Saturday and Chris’ birthday today, he really wanted a cake to celebrate!  So he found a recipe online for this raw Black Forest Cake and made it yesterday!  Since we forgot to pick up any cherries, I guess his version is more of just a chocolate “cheeze” cake…  He made a strawberry topping in his new (birthday present) blender instead.  The cake is really good, but very rich, so the slices he cut were on the big side!
